I have been fortunate enough to serve over 1100 borrowers since 1991. I understand that my client’s needs are the most important part of the mortgage loan process. I communicate exactly what to expect during the entire loan process to eliminate unwanted surprises.  I want my clients to know more about how it works after we are done, than they knew before.

In addition, I feel that my job is to make my referral partners look good in the client’s eyes.  This will always lead to more referrals and repeat business over the years. I always try and keep everyone up to date as to what is going on and where we are in the process. I love taking the mystery out of the loan process for my clients and knowing that they understand that “they” are the most important part of the loan.  Exceeding my customer’s expectations is very important to me.
